Croissants and Pain Au Chocolat


Croissants...croissants...I've always loved croissants.  Nice warm and flaky croissants. After almost a year studying Bread Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum, Martha Stewart Living's bread section, multiple websites on croissants and pain au chocolat...I finally had a gut to do it last month in February. It is definitely worth it!!!

It was an 18 hour ordeal. Started at about 3pm in one Saturday afternoon and can only tasted the finished product at 9:30am the next Sunday morning.  Enjoy!
