This wholemeal bun uses the same recipe as per Roti Sosej, the only modification needed is:
- 320gm bread flour - replace with a combination of 120gm wholemeal flour and 200gm bread flour.
- 4 tbsp castor sugar - replace with 4 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
- Instead of covering the sausages with the dough rope, just roll the dough into 10-12 balls and placed them in a greased tube pan or square pan side by side 1/2 inch apart. Let them rise for 40 minutes and bake as per instruction.
